Mawlawi Cement factory
Prepared for Establishment of cement factory in Sulaymaniyah Governorate in Kurdistan
Region of IRAQ, to cover the increasing demand of this material for construction,
because the good raw materials used in making cement are available in this region and
because the investment law gives flexibility for the investors.
This strategic project already has approval under the license 152 issued by the
Kurdistan Board of Investment.
Our plan has to establish this cement factory with 10,000 tons clinker per day production
capacity, In (Aghjeler) area on the way to (Cham Chamal in Sulaymaniyah Governorate.
Taking into consideration; the probability of building a third production line as
a future extension plan of production.
Site Information
The factory location: the suggested location for the factory is (Aghjeler area)
located in the North West of Sulaymaniyah Governorate, which is 35 km away
from Sulaymaniyah city on the right hand side of the main road towards Kirkuk
city, the quarry and factory are located in the area “lot no.19, district no. 59 of Kani
Bay village, related to (Aghjeler area) in Sulaymaniyah Governorate.

FACTS ABOUT INEKON GROUP

To get the source of electricity for Kasaro company cement factory, it will start building a power station with 45 megawatts
